This is a true HR Business Partner role , working closely with Area Managers and the Operations Lead to support leaders, strengthen teams, and set new centres up for long-term success. About the Role Reporting to the Head of People & Talent, you will partner with 2 Area Managers across new services , supporting them through: Pre-opening preparation Centre launch The first 12 months of operations This role is focused on people, leadership, and team development. You’ll play a key role in helping leaders build capable, aligned teams and establish strong ways of working from the outset. Location This role is based in our South Yarra Support Office , with regular travel across our centres in Victoria. Part of a broader People & Talent team You’ll be part of a specialised People & Talent function , with dedicated teams across: Talent Acquisition Training & Development Injury Management Systems & Processes This allows you to focus on partnering with leaders and supporting teams , while working closely with specialists across the function. What You’ll Do Build trusted relationships with centre and operational leaders , including Area Managers and the Operations Lead Provide employee relations (ER/IR) guidance and manage complex people matters Coach leaders and build capability through training, in-centre support, and day-to-day partnering Support leaders with performance conversations, case management, and team challenges Support new centres to establish clear expectations, consistency, and aligned ways of working Embed strong OHS practices and ensure compliance with legislation and internal standards Deliver people initiatives aligned to business priorities and informed by people data and insights Support workforce planning, succession conversations, and talent reviews across your portfolio Drive initiatives that support attraction, retention, and engagement in new services Coordinate and contribute to wellbeing initiatives across your portfolio Work collaboratively across the People & Talent team to deliver programs and policy rollouts Identify risks early and proactively support leaders to address them About You Strong experience in a HR Business Partner role Strong knowledge of employee relations, awards, legislation, and policies Confident coaching and influencing leaders across a range of people matters Approachable and empathetic communicator, skilled at building trust and navigating sensitive situations Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and remain solutions-focused Highly organised, with strong documentation and follow-up skills Relevant qualification in HR, Business, Psychology or similar (or equivalent experience) Full driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly across centres in Victoria Why Choose Aspire?
